About the event
• Approx. 35 students have participated from 3rd to 8th class.
• In this workshop, the students learnt about the different types of emotions, healthy coping strategies and an effective communication (Assertive Communication, Active Listening & Conflict Resolution)
• To enhance students' ability to effectively express themselves for interacting with others and to make friends.
• To develop critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• To enhance healthy coping Strategies in students.
• This workshop was really successful, enjoyed by the students & they learnt how to improve their day to day activities, developing self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and social skills.
